Terms of sale of cremation urns by Tauro Partners Company, Poland |
| 1. Realisation time of the order is 2-2,5 weeks. |
| 2. In case of delay (5 working days or more) Tauro Partners Company, upon |
| Customer wish, may send money back to the Customer. |
| 3. If any product damages occures during transport Tauro Partners Company will |
| send replacement provided the Customer checks the goods before signing doccuments |
| from courier or sign the doccuments but with notice that the Customer has reservations |
| to the goods (in other words has doubts that the goods are in perfect condition). |
| 4. If any damages occurs, the Customer must send to Tauro Partners Company |
| damage protocol prepared by courier from transport company (UPS, TNT, DHL). |
| 5. Terms of payment - confirmation of the payment a day before shipment or in the day |
| of shipment. |
| 6. If the Customer is not accepting above terms of delivery, he must organise transport |
| by himself. |
